Industrial and decorative false ceilings
We undertake complete installation of all types of false ceilings, Grid work type of concealed types. We have undertaken all types of jobs both in the sloping roof and the concrete deck areas. Our applications are well supported with latest levelling machines to provide a neat appearance and prolonged service period to the application. The false ceiling jobs are supported additionally with our capacity to undertake related jobs like Ducting fabrication and insulation, Electrical fittings flushed with the ceiling & Roof insulation. Clean room applications involving an airtight and dust free application is also provided by us.
Humidification & Air conditioning duct fabrication and insulation
We undertake complete package for design, fabrication, installation and insulation of all types of ducts both rectangular and circular. The insulation of the same is done using all types of materials including latest materials constituting an inbuilt vapor retarder. The insulation of ducts through restricted spaces is also provided using materials having a lower thickness with similar thermal resistance values as bulkier materials.
Roof Overdeck and underdeck insulation
The above application can be carried out for both new and retrofit jobs. We provide all types of materials including latest materials like Harv foil radiant heat barrier roof insulation. The Harv foil range of products is known for all its advantages over the conventional use of fibrous insulation by its thermal performance, weight, life, aesthetic appearance and more important the economic installation costs.
Spray in place Insulation
All applications needing high factors of vapor control in cold and cryogenic applications are usually done with foam in place kind of insulation application. These applications are usually done using Polyurethane or Polyisocyanurate insulation. The chemicals are foamed with special machines into the crevice created over the surface being insulated. The surface thus insulated is free of all voids or gaps which ensures a condensation free application.
UNREPLACED INSULATION
Insulation is often not replaced, nor is proper protection given to adjacent insulation (which can become burned or soaked) after maintenance has been done to mechanical systems.
LEAKS OR SPILLS
The leak should be repaired; the insulation should be removed and replaced as required, and consideration should be given to installation of protective flashings or the use of nonabsorbent materials at these locations.
BREAKS OR SHRINKAGE CRACKS IN WEATHER/VAPOR RETARDERS
Proper patching should include the use of reinforcing fabrics with weather/vapor retarder mastics in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations.
GAPS OR UNSEALED JOINTS
The presence of gaps may indicate the need for expansion joints. If so, patching will not be a suitable repair. The gaps may be packed, then patched in the same manner as with shrinkage cracks.
HIGH TEMPERATURE PROJECTIONS
Repairs are often necessary where high temperature projections such as supports or uninsulated nozzles come into contact with insulation. Water seals tend to peel back. Repair with high temperature sealers or metal flashing.
MECHANICAL ABUSE AREAS
Evidence of foot traffic, ladders or other machinery indicates the need for a more rigid insulation or stronger protective finish. Galvanized steel and stainless steel are more suited for this use than aluminum, mastics or plastics.
CONDENSATION OR FROST ON COLD SURFACES
Moisture on the surface of low temperature insulation finishes indicates either,
a. Insufficient insulation thickness.
b. A breakdown of the vapor-retarder system (usually indicating deterioration of the insulation material beneath it).
Because of the difficulty in repairing low temperature insulation, frequent inspection for breaks, tears or punctures of the vapor-retarder and prompt repair are advisable to protect the life of the system.
